How often should I clean my humidifier?

What type of water can I put into my humidifier?
You have to use demineralized or distilled water. This has less mineral content than the regular tap water and helps for your humidifier to less likely emit white mineral dust into the air.

Essential oils can be used in a variety of ways and offer different benefits. You can add a few drops to bath water and oil burners, use it as a massage oil and of course use it in humidifiers. Adding few drops of the essential oils in the humidifiers with the water will be enough to ensure a gradual release of fragrant in the air.

The availability of the ingredients used in essential oils is quite limited. Essentials oils are classified as natural products and the extraction process may depend on the plant used. In short, there are different things that can contribute to the cost of essential oils.
How should essential oils be stored?
The essentials oils should be stored away from the direct heat and sunlight. It is recommended to store the oils inside dark coloured glass containers and make sure that it will be out of reach of children.
Can essential oil products be used during pregnancy?
If you are currently pregnant, breastfeeding or is planning a pregnancy, it is best to consult your doctor or medical practitioner before trying out products with essential oils.

Do you deliver internationally?
Currently, we only deliver our products in Australia and New Zealand. Rest assured that we’ll keep you posted for possible expansion outside the mentioned countries.
What shipping services do you use?
We are using AusPost and other selected courier companies that deliver our products anywhere around Australia and New Zealand.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We despatch our orders as soon as possible however keep in mind that products sourced from overseas may take up for about 14 to 30 days. Once the order has been shipped out from the warehouse, you’ll receive a confirmation email from AusPost, including your tracking number. For further questions, you can directly contact AusPost about the status of the delivery. For New Zealand orders, you have to be aware that some orders may take up to 3-4 weeks depending on the customs.

If your order arrives with issues and other problems, please provide a photo to firstname.lastname@example.org , so we can organise a replacement.
Please note that we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges without proof of goods.
Can I cancel my order?
With quality service and customer’s satisfaction in mind, we pride ourselves to despatch the orders promptly. Please contact us immediately if you’d like to cancel your orders. You can email us at email@example.com or call us on 0432250442 before the goods have left our control.
Once the orders have already left the warehouse, you’ll be prompt with an e-mail that says your order has been despatched. At this point, you need to accept the delivery then return the order to us as accordance with our Refunds and Returns Policy above.
